Virtual participants will be able to join both plenary and
breakout sessions. The connection link will be available
from your 'My Account' and will be emailed each morning as
well.
Accommodations
Wedgewood Resort and Sophie Station Suites have agreed
to offer us rooms at the federal per diem rate (note
that the per diem rate increases on 5/16). However,
they are not able to hold a block of rooms for us, as
the dates for the meeting occur during both a military
exercise and tourist season.
We therefore recommend booking a room as soon as
possible.
You can also choose to book at a hotel of your
choice.

Meals
A pre-ordered lunch buffet will be available Monday
through Wednesday. The cost is $25 a day. This includes
coffee, tea, and water throughout the meeting. Indicate
in registration whether you are opting in to this
option, so that we may order the correct amount of food.
The deadline to opt in is May 4th. You will be
provided with a payment link at a later date.
Coffee, tea, and snacks are also available for purchase at
the café inside the Museum of the North (4 minute
walk).
Parking
A parking permit is required for visitors Monday-Friday, 8
a.m.-5 p.m. Parking is free for visitors after 5 p.m. and
on weekends and holidays.
You may purchase a parking permit daily at any kiosk. We recommend lots 9B, 9E, and 9J, which all have kiosks. Parking is $1.25/hour or $5.00/day. [Campus Map]
