The meeting agenda is under development, but any potential field trips would occur the afternoon of the 15th, or on the 16th, so team members should plan their hotel stays accordingly.
Lodging
Wedgewood Resort and Sophie Station Suites have agreed to offer us rooms at the federal per diem rate (note that the per diem rate increases on 5/16). However, they are not able to hold a block of rooms for us, as the dates for the meeting occur during both a military exercise and tourist season. We therefore recommend booking a room as soon as possible. You can also choose to book at a hotel of your choice.
