ASTM8 virtual participants will join both plenary and breakout sessions via Zoom. Meeting links will be sent to virtual registrants before the meeting begins. To better accommodate virtual participants from other time-zones, we have planned most of the discussion-based activities to occur earlier in the day when possible.

Parking
A parking permit is required for visitors Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Parking is free for visitors after 5 p.m. and on weekends and holidays.
You may purchase a parking permit daily at any kiosk. We recommend lots 9B, 9E, and 9J, which all have kiosks. Parking is $0.75/hour, $5.00/day, or $20.00/week. [Campus Map]

Shuttle
ASTM8 (May 9-12)
- Shuttle vans are looping from Wedgewood hotel, Candlewood Suite, Hyatt Place, and the Murie Building starting at 7:30 AM every morning.
- Pick up location is the entrance of the hotels.
- Vans are white with a Premier Alaska Tours logo and have a "NASA ABoVE" sign in the window.
- After meeting shuttle loop starts at 5:30 PM Mon-Wed and 12:00 PM Thursday.
- Shuttle service is provided to/from the Tuesday Social. Please note that shuttles are not provided for the Monday Social.
