We encourage scientists across career stages to participate in a pod lunch mixer on Tuesday, May 21st. Each pod (6 – 10 people) will venture together to a local restaurant for networking, support, and socializing. Sign-up at the registration desk!

Students and early career scientists will have the opportunity to indicate that they would like feedback provided on their poster and poster presentation. Volunteers attending the meeting (in person) will provide feedback based on the criteria below. Volunteers will receive an email with the poster presentations assigned to them for their review shortly before the meeting. If you do not receive your assignments, please contact support. Feedback forms should be completed by May 31st, 2024.
