ASTM9 virtual participants will be able to join both plenary and breakout sessions via WebEx. The Webex link will be available from your 'My Account' and will be emailed each morning as well.
Lodging
A block of sleeping rooms for meeting attendees has been reserved at the Wyndham San Diego Bayside. The group room rate is $161.00 plus tax, per night, which is the current government per diem. Rooms are available Sunday, January 22, through Thursday night, January 26, 2023, with a few rooms available before and after those dates.

Reservations can be cancelled up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival. Rooms cancelled for any reason less than three business days in advance will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night's room rate plus applicable tax. The Hotel will charge an early departure fee in an amount equal to one night's room rate plus applicable tax, for all guests who depart one or more days prior to their scheduled departure date after check-in. Any deposit will be credited against any early departure charge and the charges for the first night shall be included in your room folio. To avoid an early checkout fee, you should inform the hotel at or before check-in of any changes in your planned length of stay. The hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. PST and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. PST.

For those driving and staying at the hotel, the self-parking rate is $39 per night. For those driving and not staying at the hotel (only attending the event daily), the self-parking rate is $15 per day.

The Wyndham San Diego Bayside offers a complimentary airport shuttle. The shuttle leaves from the hotel every 30 minutes on the hour and 1/2 hour from 6:00 a.m. — 12:00 a.m. and runs continuously during these times. Please follow the signs for the hotel courtesy shuttle area. The hotel shuttle is a white van with blue lettering that says Wyndham.
