  • Boxed lunches are available for purchase.  Each lunch is $18/per day, which covers your lunch, sides, drinks, processing fee, and delivery fee.

  • PAYMENT: You will receive an invoice for payment within one business day.  If we do not receive payment by May 15th, your lunch(es) will not be ordered.
  • REFUNDS: Refund requests must be sent to support@cce.nasa.gov by May 15th.
  • It is highly recommended to purchase boxed lunches in order to participate in parallel lunch sessions. The café on site can not accommodate meeting participants and there are no other options within walking distance.

Shuttle to and from meeting venue:

Shuttles (Vans and SUVs) will be making rounds between the hotels and meeting venue: 
Monday- Thursday 7:30AM - 9AM. Pick up from venue is Monday-Wednesday 5:30PM - 7PM, Thursday 12-1PM.

Please gather at the front entrances of the hotels, the shuttles will have "ABoVE" signs in windows.
The wait should be no longer than 10-15min between rides.
