The Arctic-Boreal Vulnerability Experiment (ABoVE) Science Definition Team completed the ABoVE Concise Experiment Plan. This report refined the science questions and rationale for ABoVE, posed a next tier of science questions, and laid out a top-level study design. The study design defined the ABoVE study domain and research areas, identified the types of studies and observations needed to address the ABoVE science questions, and provided guidance for study implementation.
