Barrow, Alaska

We arrived in Barrow July 15th. Stan Wulschleger picked us up from the airport and was our escort for our entire stay. After we completed the safety training requirements we visited the UMIAQ headquarters and received an in-depth debriefing on the area and UMIAQ responsibilities. The following day Stan showed us the NGEE research sites as well as NOAA and ARM research stations.
